Rory Mead
Rory Mead is fast making a name for himself as one of the
world's leading extreme enduro riders. The Kiwi international
from Whitby, won the Red Bull City Scramble held in downtown
Auckland which then motivated him to compete at the Erzberg Extreme
Enduro in Austria, the Roof of Africa extreme enduro in mountainous
Lesotho, South Africa, and the Tough One, an English off-road dirt
bike competition that pushes riders to their limits. Mead has
been busy on the NZ circuit too, competing in events such as the
Cross Country Championship, The Yamaha New Zealand Enduro
Championship and winning the 2010 Dead Toad Endurance.
